The
Steam & Cuisine luncheon train is a great way to enjoy Australia's
favourite steam train - Puffing Billy!
The Steam & Cuisine luncheon train offers the
luxury of first class steam travel in fully enclosed heritage carriages with a
range of dining options for the discerning passenger.
Step back
in time as you board Puffing Billy's Steam & Cuisine luncheon
train and enjoy the scenic vista of the Dandenong Ranges as you travel the full
length of the Puffing Billy line from Belgrave to Gembrook.
The
Steam & Cuisine departs daily
(except Christmas Day)
at 11.30am and arrives into Gembrook at 1.30pm. A complimentary bus will depart
Gembrook at 2.00pm and return passengers back to Belgrave by 2.30pm.
This
three hour journey in our beautifully restored heritage carriages captures the
romance and charm of steam train travel.

Includes: Three course meal, tea and coffee, train journey from Belgrave to

PLEASE NOTE:
Special
dietary requirements are available on 48 hours prior notice.
A liquor
service featuring local wine is available on board at reasonable prices.
Whilst every attempt is made to honour all bookings, PBR reserves the right to
alter events, timetables or locomotives without prior notice.
On the
following Saturdays 29 Nov, 6, 13 and 20 Dec 2008 if a total fire ban is
declared in the Central Zone or the whole state of Victoria, the Devonshire
Journey will not be operating at all and all Steam and Cuisine Journeys will be
modified. The Steam and Cuisine Journeys will operate with a diesel locomotive
and will travel to our Lakeside Station at Emerald Park Lake and return only.
Please ask our friendly customer service staff for clarification if these are
the dates you intend to travel
Due to
the heritage nature of the carriages, we do not have facilities to provide for
or accommodate high chairs, pushers or wheelchairs and there are no bottle
warming facilities.
