  • For your enjoyment we have a Windows 95/98/2000 Puffing Billy Desktop Theme, complete with sights and sounds of Puffing Billy. You will need to have Microsoft Plus! installed, otherwise you will need to assign the sounds, icons and cursors by hand.  It hasn't been tested on Windows XP.

Installation Instructions

  1. Place the file in the c:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes folder and then unpack it.
  2. Select the Desktop Themes icon in the Control Panel
  3. Choose "Puffing Billy" Theme from the drop down box at the top of the Themes screen.
